"Calendar Girls" takes the stage on Friday, May 3rd at 7 PM at the Trinity Playhouse.

Join our outstanding cast who will share this humorous and heartwarming production for two weekends, Fridays and Saturdays, May 3, 4, 10 & 11 at 7 PM and Sundays, May 5 & 12, 2019 at 2 PM.

The Story-

When Annie’s husband John dies of leukemia, she and best friend Chris resolve to raise money for a new settee in the local hospital waiting room. They persuade four fellow members of the rural British WI charity group to pose with them for a “girly” calendar. Based on a true story, this play celebrates courage and friendship, and the risks women take to honor the ones they love.

Our Calendar Girls are played by Irene Stone, Amy Kibler, Jen Milligan, Kari Beil, Meg Wack and Julie Wack. Rounding out the cast are Eric Kibler, Jacob Ward, Ryan Gillis and Niki Slaven.

This summer, we end our 2018-2019 Season with the musical, "Disaster!" Our resident artistic and musical directors Kandy Cleland and Jodine Pilmer seek a cast of 20-24 adults and mature teens to play the various quirky characters who panic as their floating casino/discotheque succumbs to multiple Disasters. Auditioners should prepare a short musical selection and be prepared to show some disco footwork! Stage Left Youth Players of Lisbon will present their original one act musical, "Saving Salina" with two unique casts.

When 71 aspiring actors, grades K-8, showed up to audition, directors Kandace Cleland and Jodine Pilmer decided that there was plenty of local talent to showcase.

The Plankton Cast will take the stage the weekend of April 5th followed by the Krill Cast the weekend of April 12th .
