That's Bill Bates- father and hero to executive director, Kandy Cleland who is finding directing Big Fish the Musical an exhilarating rollercoaster ride. "One moment, Edward Bloom captivates me with his story- the next I'm mad at him for acting like a jerk at his son's wedding. He's a loving, imperfect dad who desperately wants his son to learn how to live life to the fullest." I know our community will embrace Big Fish- because we are all living Edward's story.

Jacob Ward plays Edward Bloom in our upcoming production of Big Fish the Musical. Edward’s larger-than-life stories of mermaids, giants, witches and more thrill everyone around him– most of all his devoted wife Sandra. But as their young son Will, played by Isaac Kraft and Zach Johnson, grows from enchanted boy to skeptical adult, Will’s determined to find the truth behind Edward’s epic journey.

The powerful music & lyrics by Andrew Lippa and adventurous book by John August provide a wonderful FISH STORY for Stage Left Players to share with our community. Look for our cast and crew FISH STORIES as we find our way to opening night- 7 PM on Thursday, June 22nd!

Mark your calendars for ONE WEEKEND ONLY, June 22-25, and join Edward Bloom as he teaches us how to live life to its fullest and beyond with heart and humor. Reserve your seat now!
