Once Upon a Time… It’s Your Turn to Take the Stage

Have you ever thought about stepping onto the stage… or stepping back onto it?

Stage Left Players is excited to invite our Silver Players (ages 55 and up) to audition for our upcoming musical variety show, “Once Upon a Time…”, coming to the Trinity Playhouse May 7–9.

This joyful, medieval-themed production will feature a delightful mix of familiar favorites like “You Make Me Feel So Young,” along with playful surprises like “Sit Down! You’ll Fall in the Moat!” and more.

But more than anything, this show is about community.

It’s about reconnecting with old friends, making new ones, sharing laughter, and enjoying the magic of being part of something creative together.

If you’re feeling a little hesitant—especially about memorization—you’re not alone. Many of our participants feel the same way at first. The good news is: we rehearse in a way that builds confidence, and we have a few theatrical tricks up our sleeves to help everyone succeed.

No pressure. No perfection required. Just a willingness to show up and have fun.
