Written by Kandace Cleland with music by Jodine Pilmer, this world-premiere production celebrates quirky neighbors, unexpected heroes, and the joy that comes from sticking together when the world gets messy.

At Up River Estates Trailer Park, Christmas is always a little chaotic—but when developers swoop in with plans for a shiny new casino, the countdown to Christmas becomes a countdown to save their homes. Add in a hometown romance, a few surprises, a nativity assembled with more heart than supplies, and plenty of deep-fried determination… and you’ve got a feel-good comedy perfect for the holidays.

This all-original musical features unforgettable characters, toe-tapping songs, and a cast of 30+ performers bringing the heart and humor of Up River Estates to life.
